Can an artist capture the feelings of a dream? Frank’s paintings evoke memories of times and places that seem so familiar but at the same time feel enigmatic and dreamlike.

This exhibition will run from July 31st to August 17th, with the opening reception held at 5pm on July 31st. This event is free and open to the public. Registration is encouraged, but not required.
