Art After Dark

Art After Dark is the event where art, culture, and community come to life! Participating businesses host an artist (or a few!) of their choice. The featured art can be visual, literary, or performing. Visitors create their own self-guided art walk to explore the unique creativity and commerce in San Luis Obispo.

Increase foot traffic into your business and invite in new visitors. Be a part of a longstanding community tradition and help uplift local arts. Plus, your business will be featured on a printed and digital map of all venues.

All venues must feature original art: visual (paintings, sculpture, etc.), literary (poetry readings, etc.), or performing (musicians, performers, etc.). You can host artists you are already familiar with or we can help you get connected with a local artist interested in showing their work!
