Christina McPhee’s abstractions illuminate ways of knowing: her refined and intricate line, touching on the poetics of place and seismic memory, extends sensations of desire and spirituality across drawing, painting, and multiples. Museum collection highlights include the Whitney Museum of American Art and the International Center of Photography, New York. She lives and works on the central coast of California.
