The quality of light in artwork can portray depth, perception, and intensity, as well as more subtle characteristics such as mood and emotion. How we use light, (and also shadow and the absence of light: darkness), in our work is premeditated and often nuanced.  And, more difficult to create than it may seem. In this exhibit, we ask the artist to submit entries on any platform that reflects their meditation on “chasing” the light in their creations.
